Digital Ecommerce Marketing Manager

The Role:

This role requires agility and a proven ability to maneuver multiple marketing platforms and mediums. The Digital Ecomm Marketing Manager is responsible for multiple facets of marketing, including but not limited to social media marketing, email marketing, advertising, content marketing, affiliate marketing, and ecomm platform management. This role requires an individual with critical thinking skills, who is highly organized and efficient, leadership skills, and someone who can contribute to the overall growth and success of the Swolverine brand.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok

  • Creates and coordinates email campaigns and manage all email marketing efforts
  • Work with marketing and sales team to create seasonal marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Coordinate, create, curate, and develop content with content creators, videographers, and photographers
  • Manage affiliate marketing channels and applications
  • Foster relationships with strategic brand partners, referral marketing partners, and assists in managing athlete roster
  • Analyze metrics and analytics to identify actionable insights and KPIs to make educated based decisions on marketing spend and budget
  • Responsible for allocating marketing budget to advertising, digital advertising, PPC campaigns, and social media advertising
  • Assists in the creation of marketing materials and collateral for event marketing and product marketing
  • Developing marketing strategies for new product releases and campaigns
  • Creates product copy, content creation via blogs, and written content across platforms
  • Manages and creates SMS marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Manages conversion rate optimization on website (CRO), search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM)

    • Advancing marketing message, core values across multiple marketing channels
    • Leading and managing a team to execute actionable steps on marketing deliverables
    • Growth of social media channel audience, reach, and awareness
    • Executing product launches according to project timeline and budget
    • Analyzing key marketing metrics and analytics to identify actionable insights

      Requirements and skills  

      • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field

      • Previous experience in email marketing applications, specifically Klaviyo
      • Proficient and previous experience in using Shopify
      • Photography and videography experience preferred but not required
      • Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom preferred but not required
      • Graphic design experience preferred but not required
      • Proven ability in marketing copywriting
      • Ability to create photo and video content, as well as editing capabilities
      • High aptitude for learning new platforms and agile in working with multiple applications 
      • Proficient in current social media platforms and mediums: Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit
      • Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and clients
      • Exemplifies leadership skills. Motivated, and ambitious, a self-starter, resourceful and self-sufficient
      • Highly organized and efficient in work schedule
      • Analytical, and problem solving skills, critical thinking to identify issues and provide ample solutions

          This is a Full Time position. Compensation for this role ranges between 70-100K per year dependent upon experience and qualifications.
