International Orders will usually ship within 1-3 business days of your initial order. Orders are shipped using DHL Express Service or Fedex International Connect Express. Therefore, you should expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days priority. Orders placed after Friday at 1 PM will be picked and packed the following Monday.
If International orders are not claimed from customs within the carrier window, customers will be charged all processing fees, return shipping, duties and taxes.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

At Swolverine we do everything we can to get your order to you on the Estimated Delivery Date. We use a combination of first-class mail and parcel services. Because we cannot guarantee transit times, we can only offer you an Estimated Delivery Date which reflects our best estimate based on average shipping times. Deliveries and delivery times can be negatively impacted from customs inspections and weather delays.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped via the email on the order. All in-stock orders will be shipped within this time frame. Any out-of-stock or pre-order item will be shipped as soon as it is received in stock. We do not guarantee processing time, delivery or shipment dates. All dates are estimated. Please allow 1-4 days for the tracking information to populate on the appropriate carrier website. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact the carrier for an update. If the tracking doesn't update within 4 weeks, the package is considered missing at that point. If a package falls into this category, Swolverine reserves the right to send a replacement. Refunds or returns are only available for orders that have been successfully received.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. We are unable to redirect packages or process any refunds once your order is placed. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer, (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.) PLEASE take your time and make sure you provided all correct information. If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com and we will do our very best to update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been processed for shipment. If your order has not yet been delivered, we highly recommend contacting the carrier who is delivering your item to update your address details.
Swolverine provides customers with the option to track packages. If your tracking information states that your package(s) was “delivered” but you have not received it, first double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in case they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers. If you are unable to locate your package, we taking the following steps:
Wait 36 hours—packages can show as delivered while still in transit.Verify the shipping address. Please reference your order confirmation to double check that the mailing address that was provided to us at the time of your order has no discrepancies, typos, or insufficient address information.Look for a notice of attempted delivery. Check around the entrances of your residence for the package: particularly on back porches, in bushes, garages, grills, or other places that might protect your package from theft or weather. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping.See if someone else accepted delivery. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged, stolen and/or lost shipments. If your order is 48 hours passed the expected delivery date, please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for missing packages where an incorrect shipping address was provided to us. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your doorstep that were delivered by the carrier. Once you file a missing package claim with the shipping carrier and contact us with the claim number, we will do our best to assist you, but Swolverine cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided.

We provide shipping insurance on orders so that you can protect your order. When packages are lost, stolen, or damaged, we are more than happy to (with your proof) file a claim on your behalf.
NOTE: Shipping claims do take 5-25 business days to process. We appreciate your patience during this process. You may be asked to fill out an additional form with our insurance provider to ensure that the information we provided is correct. Your cooperation is encouraged to expedite the process.
All insurance claims are determined by the insurance company, not Swolverine. We will advocate on your behalf as best as possible. We do also sometimes, depending on the carrier (i.e. FedEx) have to file the claim through the shipping company.
In the event that your claim is denied, we will work with you to find the best resolution.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products. Should you need to return your order, you will need to contact our Customer Support Team to do so. Returns are processed on a case by case basis.
Common Ineligible Return Reasons:
• We do not provide refunds for buyers remorse. Buyers remorse is “experiencing a sense of regret after having made a purchase” which has nothing to do with the product(s) or service(s) offered by the brand.
• We do not process refunds for opened/used products due to safety concerns.
• We do not offer refunds for items purchased on a BOGO sale unless all items are unused and unopened.
If your request for a refund is accepted and initiated, orders are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee, a processing fee of 2.5%, taxes (if charged) will be deducted from the refundable amount, and should you need us to provide you with a return shipping label, this cost will also be deducted from your total refundable amount.
If you do not collect your package from customs or pay any additional duties + taxes to retrieve the package, and it is returned to us, we will provide you with a refund and will deduct the shipping cost from the total refundable amount.
Refunds are not initiated until the item has been returned and inspected for damage.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. You can return them for exchange by returning them to the address provided on the shipping label. With a Swolverine subscription you are electing to receive your selected products on a recurring basis. You are able to select the frequency and products of your liking, as well as have access to a personalized account that you can login to on the website to manage your subscriptions at your convenience. Subscriptions are automatically discounted 15% and no other discounts can be applied on top of the subscription discount.
If you are getting an error message that you do not have a recognized account and you have a recurring subscription order. No. We do not refund orders that have already processed on a subscription. Please manage your subscription and if you need to postpone, change the order frequency, or cancel your subscription you need to do this prior to your order processing.

B-vitamins by nature have a vitamin-like smell because of their compounds. Usually the culprit in the complex is thiamin (B-1) which can produce a sulfuric scent whereas the yellow coloring is due to the natural color of riboflavin (B-2).

Currently according to California State Law, we are not required to have Prop 65 warnings on any products, since we have fewer than 10 employees.
However, products containing ingredients which are plant based, such as GREENS, or plant based protein, will have trace elements of chemical consticonstituents listed under the 800 listed by proposition 65. This includes pesticides, heavy metals, and Vitamin A at certain levels. Certain chemicals are found in the environement, soil, water, and rocks. As a result these chemicals could be found in commonly eaten foods throughout the food supply.
Prop 65 warnings indicate only that a product could contain trace elements of listed ingredients. Prop 65 requirements are different than federal requirements and often more stringent, however only apply in the State of California.

The Swolverine mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by [Elivate Nutrition LLC dba Swolverine] (“Swolverine ”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Swolverine's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Swolverine through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Swolverine.Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Here are some potential reasons preventing customers from seeing the location pickup option at checkout
The customer must pay for their order with a credit card or debit card. If the customer pays using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal, then the pickup option is not available.
These are not supported at the moment.
Location settings must also be turned on, and within range of the local pickup location on your mobile device, computer, or tablet.
Anyone in the greater Northern Nevada area can select 'local pickup' as their shipping option. You will be able to pickup your product at our office location from the hours of 9am - 3pm.

If you select local pickup and you DO NOT live in Northern Nevada/Greater Reno area, and your order falls under the $100 free domestic shipping threshold, we will invoice you shipping and not send your order until the invoice is paid. If the order is over $100, we will still email you, and ask for your shipping address.
Shop pay provides the option to pay for your order with installment payment. Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout that lets you save your email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information to quickly checkout.
Shop Pay gives you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to pay for your order over time. When available, Shop Pay Installments is a great option to help you maximize your budget for orders between 50 USD and 17,500 USD.Depending on your purchase amount, there are two ways that you can pay for your order in installments. For orders between 50 USD to 999.99 USD, you can split your purchase into four bi-weekly, interest-free installment payments. There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees for this option. For orders between 150 USD to 17,500 USD, you can split your purchase into monthly installment payments. While there are no late fees for monthly installment payments, your order is subject to interest fees. Your credit score isn't affected when you apply, but it can change if you don't make your payments on time. Eligibility check has no impact to credit
After you make your first payment at checkout, you'll be charged either biweekly or monthly, depending on the installment payment option you chose. You'll be reminded by email and SMS text (if applicable) before each payment is charged to your card. You can also turn on push notifications in the Shop app to be reminded. However, you can't customize your payment schedule.
