Week three is here! Are you ready for 18.3? While the hint from Dave Castro this week on Instagram evoked a whole lot of confusing feelings… we’re expecting to get a little gymnasty with it this week (wishful thinking?). At 5 pm PST each week, CrossFit HQ announces the week’s Open Workout. Today, March 8th the CrossFit 18.3 workout, will be announced straight from Director of the CrossFit Games, Dave Castro.
In addition to the announcement, selected elite Crossfit athletes will go head-to-head in an all-out effort to set the benchmark scores for the CrossFit open 18.3 workouts. The 18.3 workout will run between March 8th and March 12th, sponsored by Assault Air Bike, and announced live from Skyline CrossFit in Houston, Texas.
