They should call this supplement joint happiness in a bottle. Seriously. Ever since I got into my late 20s I thought it was odd that I was getting so much joint pain from working out. I always blamed it on being an athlete for all these years until I came across this product at an event. After I started taking it I noticed an immediate difference - I didn't get nearly as sore from my workouts and my knees weren't hurting! Talk about relief. I recommend it to all my friends because it really works.

best recovery ever!
I've heard from some guys at the box that Glutamine was always a solid go to for Recovery. Since almost everyone makes a recovery product, that's made with protein and carbs, I felt like i was already eating really well but I still was getting super sore after my workouts. Adding in the glutamine from Swolverine has really helped me recover faster so i can get back at it instead of skipping days throughout the week. I love this product and I love this company! No one can beat 100 servings at 5g each. It's awesome!
Awsome for digestive health
I've had digestive issues nearly my entire life. After reading more about ways to improve digestive health and researching, I started using L-Glutamine once a day on an empty stomach. All I can say is that I've never felt better. If you're experiencing digestive issues, bloat, or whatever this stuff definitely helps!
My soreness is no more!
I used to just drink BCAAs during my workout and I would still be pretty sore after. Now with one scoop of glutamine after my workouts added to my BCAAs I can keep increasing my weight and volume progressively during my WODs and my soreness is kept to a minimum. I would recommend this product to anyone, especially since it mixes with anything!
