Old Fashioned Bacon & Eggs With Sweet Potato Hash

Who doesn’t like bacon and eggs in the morning? Packed with protein and savory farm-fresh taste, you can’t go wrong with this traditional breakfast. Plus the sweet potato hash, is simply unbelievable. This camping meal, will sure to be a staple at home after your adventure.

What you’ll need

  • 3 slices of bacon
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 2 farm fresh eggs
  • paprika
  • basil
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Grate sweet potatoes into a bowl and season with paprika, basil, oregano, salt and pepper
  2. Fry bacon then remove once golden brown
  3. Add grated sweet potatoes to bacon greased pan and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes on each side, then flip
  4. Add eggs and cook as you please
  5. Serve it up

Using foil bowls when you go camping is an easy way to make some epic meals. Easy cleanup and nothing left but warm bellies. The Pineapple Shrimp bowl is my personal favorite. It's sweet and savory taste is the perfect meal after a long days hike when you're camping.

  • 4 oz of Shrimp
  • ½ cup Pineapple Salsa
  • ½ pack of precooked rice
  • Sweet BBQ Sauce
  • 1 can of black beans 

Directions 

  1. layer shrimp and black beans on bottom of foil bowl
  2. add pre-cooked brown rice
  3. top with pineapple salsa and bbq sauce
  4. serve piping hot

NY Steak Chili

Seriously, it doesn't get much better than BBQ beans and New York steak when you're camping. It's deliciously satisfying and filling.

  • 4 oz of NY Steak
  • ½ cup bbq beans
  • ½ cup black beans
  • Siracha for optional spice

Directions

  1. Cut steak up into cubes
  2. Open beans and add to foil bowl with steak
  3. Add bbq and lightly add in Siracha
  4. Cook until steak is pink and serve 

Cheesy Keto Meat Balls

One of the most delicious meals when you're at home or camping, these cheesy keto meatballs are to die for! It can cure your appetite no matter what you're doing. Yum!

  • 4 oz of Chicken
  • ½ cup of chicken stock
  • 1 can of white beans
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Cilantro
  • Lime
  • Diced Avocado
  • 1 Serrano or Jalapeno Peppers
  • ¼ cup of water

Directions

  1. Cut and mix chicken, chicken stock in foil bowl or pan
  2. Add can of white beans and season with salt and pepper
  3. Add Serrano peppers, lime, cilantro and water
  4. Cook until chicken is tender and well done, add avocado and serve

  • 4 oz of NY Steak
  • ½ cup diced sweet potatoes
  • Paprika
  • Basil
  • Garlic salt
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Top with sliced avocado

  1. Season NY Steak and throw on griddle
  2. Slice sweet potatoes and throw in plastic bag or season with paprika, basil, garlic salt and pepper
  3. Throw sliced potatoes on griddle

  • 1 Chicken Apple Sausage
  • Omish Butter
  • 1 Sweet Potato
  • Garlic
  • Salt And pepper

Directions

  1. Throw chicken sausage on griddle
  2. Dice potato and bowl in water over fire
  3. Once potatoes are tender, dump water and add butter, garlic, and season
  4. Mash with utensils and serve with chicken sausage

Golden Beer Brauts And Brussels Sprouts Bowl

  • IPA of your choice
  • 1 cup of Brussels sprouts
  • Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. Dice Brussel Sprouts and brats
  2. Season and throw into foil bowl on griddle
  3. Add IPA, garlic, salt and pepper
  4. Slice up the brat when finished and serve in bowl
