I didn’t think it was going to be good if I’m being honest. Surprisingly it actually is one of my favorite supplements for my bulk it actually tastes like a a sweet potato pie. It’s like a dessert on the go.
I absolutely love using these clean carbs for all different sorts of occasions—pre workout, during workout, post workout, on the go if I don't have time to eat a snack or meal.
As an athlete, I am typically training for long sessions (3+ hours) and have tried all different sorts of methods for refueling at the half way mark. These clean carbs are easy to get down, don't upset my stomach/make me feel too full, and give me the energy I need to continue pushing through my training.
Also tastes great mixing with protein powder for post workout.
I drink this on its own right after a workout, before I drink protein. It tastes great just on its own. It was recommended to me by a very reputable nutrition coach.
I use this in shakes with whey protein. Mixes and tastes great. Good source of quality carbs on the go.

First Time Buyer
I was surprised that it was actually powder sweet potatoe/yams, vs just a white powder. I like the taste and the oats are nice added texture. I drink before bicycle rides with protein and I do think it helps with my workouts.

I add it to my shake and it gives my shake that oatmeal texture and really helps to drink it faster than without it. I haven’t had any stomach issues with the product which is always a good sign.
