I’ve tried a variety of carb powders and this is by the best. This powder is all real food ingredients, it taste great as stand alone drink or mixed with my protein shake. I use this pre and post WOD and I’ve even gained a little lean mass since starting it.

I'm an avid mountain biker as well as competitive crossfitter and honestly, I've never had a carb product quite like this. Real food gives me way more energy, since all other carbs are made with cheap maltodextrin and awful flavors. This stuff not only tastes delicious, but the oats are a nice touch to give you longer lasting energy and some texture. Love it.

The carbs are absolutely a game changer. As someone who is often too dependent on caffeine, it was a huge plus to realize the powerful energy real food carbs can add prior to a WOD or lifting session. The taste and chew make me extra happy, but the main part I adore is that 1-2 scoops is a noticeable boost. I'll never use maltodextrin products again!
