Paleo Collagen Pancake Recipe

- 2 scoops of Swolverine Collagen Peptides
- Pinch Himalayan salt
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 3 eggs (or flax eggs)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl.
Combine all wet ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients and whisk until combined.
Heat pan to medium heat and spray with oil (avocado/coconut).
Scoop out the batter and cook until pancakes begin to lightly bubble
Flip and cook until golden brown.
