Ingredients:
1 scoop Swolverine Whey Isolate (chocolate)
1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Egg White (large)
2 tsp Nut Butter
2 tsp Honey
5 tbsp Milk (or nut milk)
1 pinch Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp raspberries
Directions:
Spray mug with oil
Combine ingredients in a small bowl
Transfer to a mug
Microwave for 1 minute
Microwave for an additional 10-15 seconds (up to 1 minute) until done
Top with raspberries & chocolate syrup
