    Corn Flake Southern Classic Fried Chicken

    You can never go wrong with a classic take on fried chicken. That's why we love this healthy southern fried chicken. Crispy and golden brown, this classic oven-fried chicken recipe is the best when you need some good healthy comfort food for dinner after a long day at work and a heavy lifting session.

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup oat milk
    • 1 cup finely crushed cornflakes
    • 1/3 cup Swolverine Clean Carbs
    • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/4teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (If you want more spice)

    Directions:

    1. Use a sharp knife to trim the fat from the chicken breasts and cut into tenders.
    2. Dip the chicken into oat milk and let soak for at least 30 minutes.

    4. Preheat oven to 450
