This is the most powerful sleep supplement I have ever used. By day 3, I couldn't last 15 minutes after I took it. Knocked me out.. I don't wake up, and get a full nights rest and feel AMAZING the next day. The new capsules are the way to go. Easy to take and VERY VERY EFFECTIVE!
So far I have only tried ZMT at half the regular dose, and still I can tell a difference. Sleep is excellent, more energy on waking and throughout the day. The only drawback to the powdered version is the taste—very artificial. Mixing with orange juice and water helps, as does adding some vanilla protein powder, but I think Swolverine is smart to go to capsules now. That should make a great product even greater.
Provides a manageable dose of melatonin to speed up the sleep process when working out closer to bedtime, but not too much to create the groggy feeling of tiredness the next day. The testosterone booster is highly noticeable with this product in taste and effect. Sometimes I alternate between ZMT and straight melatonin to prevent my hormones from getting too high. Overall great product and matches the description with no extra garbage.
Great product for better sleep and recovery. Doesn't seem to be as effective as some other products I've used for the testosterone boost. I've gone through 1 1/2 batches so far. As a 50 yr old, I've seen excellent benefits in body composition with test. boosters. However, the effectiveness of ZMT for this benefit is TBD. Also, the taste is a little harsh/bitter. I've tried mixing with Reds & Greens and it taste much better.

I have never experienced quality sleep until starting ZMT prior to bed. I’ve had countless complications with insomnia, and I can finally say I am sleep medication free because of this product! Improved Deep and REM Sleep
Before using ZMT, my body was struggling to recover and I was seeing very low numbers for deep and rem sleep (less than 15 minutes of each during 8 hours of sleep). This is my most intense training season and I need the recovery. The first night using ZMT I saw almost 2 hours of rem AND 2 hours of deep sleep. It’s been pretty consistent since and I’ve been able to maintain intensity with training when it matters most.
Never taken any night time sleep before neve believed in it. This is amazing! Knocks me out in 30 minutes and I have a really deep and powerful sleep

I loved the pill version of this, but this version feels even more powerful. I'd recommend not taking more than 30min prior to bed or you might just take a couch nap and never make it up to bed. The ingredient profile is really solid. If you need a sleep boost: this is it.
