Paleo Collagen Pancake Recipe

Prep Time: 5 min

Cook TIme: 10 min

Total Time: 15 min

Ingredients: 

  • 2 scoops of Swolverine Collagen Peptides
  • Pinch Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 3 eggs (or flax eggs)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl.

  2. Combine all wet ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.

  3. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients and whisk until combined.

  4. Heat pan to medium heat and spray with oil (avocado/coconut). 

  5. Scoop out the batter and cook until pancakes begin to lightly bubble

  6. Flip and cook until golden brown.

  7. Top with berries and enjoy!
