Directions
Mix Greek yogurt and whey protein isolate together in a cup, sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon, truvia, and sliced banana for the topping.

Directions
Pour the oatmeal, blueberries, almonds, brown sugar, and whey protein isolate together in a cup, add hot water from the tea kettle and you’ll have yourself a nice warm tasty camping breakfast.
Old Fashioned Bacon & Eggs With Sweet Potato Hash
Who doesn’t like bacon and eggs in the morning? Packed with protein and savory farm-fresh taste, you can’t go wrong with this traditional breakfast. Plus the sweet potato hash, is simply unbelievable. This camping meal, will sure to be a staple at home after your adventure.
What you’ll need
- Coleman Triton Propane Gas Stove
- Stanley Pan Set
- Grater
- Utensils
- 3 slices of bacon
- 1 sweet potato
- 2 farm fresh eggs
- paprika
- basil
- oregano
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Grate sweet potatoes into a bowl and season with paprika, basil, oregano, salt and pepper
- Fry bacon then remove once golden brown
- Add grated sweet potatoes to bacon greased pan and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes on each side, then flip

Using foil bowls when you go camping is an easy way to make some epic meals. Easy cleanup and nothing left but warm bellies. The Pineapple Shrimp bowl is my personal favorite. It's sweet and savory taste is the perfect meal after a long days hike when you're camping.
What you’ll need
- Foil Bowls
- Camping Utensils
- Calphalon Griddle
- 4 oz of Shrimp
- ½ cup Pineapple Salsa
- ½ pack of precooked rice
- Sweet BBQ Sauce
- 1 can of black beans
Directions
- layer shrimp and black beans on bottom of foil bowl
- add pre-cooked brown rice
- top with pineapple salsa and bbq sauce
- serve piping hot
NY Steak Chili
Seriously, it doesn't get much better than BBQ beans and New York steak when you're camping. It's deliciously satisfying and filling.

- Throw chicken sausage on griddle
- Dice potato and bowl in water over fire
