HOW TO MAKE:
- For this healthy pumpkin spice latte recipe, you will heat up 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree with ½ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice in a small saucepan. Stir constantly for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the sweetener of choice (1-2 tablespoons) until combined. Pour in your milk of choice (~250ml – she used 240ml almond milk & 1 tablespoon full-fat coconut milk). Simmer until warm, do not boil over.
- Add in 1 tablespoon vanilla extract and whisk until frothy.
- Pour 2 shots of espresso or coffee in a mug, then add pumpkin spiced milk to the cup. To make bulletproof, add in MCT oil and/or grass-fed butter and blend with an immersion blender.
- Top with pumpkin pie spice.
