Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 pound sliced Russet potato (or 2-3 large potatoes of your choice)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
Directions:
1. Cut potatoes into slices and soak in cold water for 1-12 hours ahead of time
2. Drain the water and pat dry the potatoes
3. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper
4. In a large bowl add all ingredients together
