Protein Balls are easy to make, gluten-free, and seriously delicious! Every energy bite is a nice pop of protein, an easy breakfast, as an in-between meals snack, or a post-workout snack, on the go, or easy little dessert after dinner.
You can make them in bulk ahead of time during your weekly meal prep. Better yet? Quadruple the batch and make enough to freeze for the month. As you need them, pull the energy bites out of the freezer, thaw to room temp, pop in the fridge and you’re ready to go!

Chocolate Fudge Protein Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
12 Medjool Dates (without the pit)
1/3 cup Swolverine Whey Protein Isolate (Chocolate)
1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup Nut Butter
2 tbsp Water
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp Sea Salt
Directions:
Finely chop the dates (or blend in a food processor) and mix all ingredients together (will be relatively sticky)Form 8-10 balls
Roll in cocoa powder
Store in the fridge inside an air-tight container for up to 2 weeks
Chia Seed Protein Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Swolverine Whey Protein Isolate (Chocolate or Vanilla)
10 Medjool Dates (without the pit)
4 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
Directions:
Bring 2 cups water to a boil and place dates in the boiling water for ~10 minutesDrain the dates and set aside
Mix all ingredients together in a food processor or mash in a bowl until the mixture is sticky
Add in the dried dates (break apart with hands, a spoon, or chop beforehand)
Mix together until a sticky paste forms
Roll into ~10 balls
Roll each ball in leftover chia seeds
Store in the fridge inside an air-tight container for up to 2 weeks
Coconut Protein Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
2 & 1/2 scoops Swolverine Whey Protein Isolate (Chocolate or Vanilla)
1/2 cup Coconut Flakes (unsweetened)
1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Nut Butter
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1/4 cup Flax Seeds
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until completely combined
Roll dough into ~8 balls
Roll balls in leftover Coconut Flakes
Store in the fridge inside an air-tight container for up to 2 weeks
