Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders will usually ship within 1-3 business days of your initial purchase placement. Domestic orders are shipped using USPS and UPS. Therefore, you should expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders placed after Friday at 1:00 PM PST will be picked and packed the following Monday.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The duties, taxes, and associated fees, if applicable, are not included in the estimated shipping costs.
The recipient is liable for all added duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with international shipments. Orders will ship within 1-3 business days of your initial purchase placement. The best international shipping option we offer is DHL Worldwide Express and Fedex International Connect Plus with insured delivery of 3-5 business days. While other options are cheaper, this is the fastest and most secure method of shipment for your products.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Swolverine has no control over these charges, nor can Swolverine predict what they may be. Swolverine collects duties and import taxes at checkout any differences are paid for by the recipient.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
GENERAL SHIPPING
Once the package leaves our facility, Swolverine is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you feel like your package is missing, it hasn't been delivered in more than 10 business days, or otherwise, please contact our Customer Support Team at info@swolverine.com. The recipient is responsible for contacting the carrier and filing a missing package claim with the provided tracking information. Most packages come with insurance and we're happy to work with you on remedying the situation.
