Swolverine Shipping Requirements
Please follow the instructions below. Every and all fields must be complete, or shipments may be delayed, refused, or returned at sender's expense.
Swolverine – Manufacturer Shipping & Receiving Requirements
All finished goods must ship directly to ShipBob warehouses and comply with the requirements below. Non-compliant shipments may be delayed, refused, or returned at the sender's expense.
Pallet & Allocation Requirements (Mandatory)
- One SKU per pallet or parcel
- Mixed-SKU pallets are strictly prohibited
- Each SKU must be split 50/50 between East and West facilities
- Pallets/parcels must be stable, securely wrapped, and labeled by SKU
Pre-Shipment Submission (Required)
All shipments must be submitted and approved prior to dispatch. You must provide:
- Total units per SKU
- Units per pallet/parcel (by SKU)
- Total pallet/parcel count (East + West)
Failure to submit this information will delay processing.
Receiving & Labeling Process
- A Warehouse Receiving Order (WRO) will be issued upon approval
- WRO labels will be emailed for each pallet/parcel
- Every pallet/parcel must have a WRO label applied before pickup
- Shipments without WRO labels will not be accepted
Dock Scheduling
- All dock appointments are scheduled by Swolverine
- Do not contact ShipBob directly
Post-Shipment Requirements
Once shipment is dispatched, you must provide:
- Bill of Lading (BOL)
- Tracking number(s) for each shipment/parcel
