The New Gold Standard
After eliminating dairy from my diet and taking a few months off for an injury, I found that whey was not pairing well with my digestion and making each training day a little more inconvenient than it had to be. PlantPros has been the perfect replacement for whey, and with a sound diet structure has kept recovery and performance right where I need them to be. This will be a staple in my stack.
Best Plant Protein Hands Down
After I found out that I was lactose intolerant, I had to start looking for a new protein and that was a very difficult process because every plant based protein that I came across tasted chalky, chunky and never mixed well. I went through every brand on the market in search for something that tasted good and mixed well. I gave up on the search and thought I’d never find something that fit my taste profile. I came across Swolverine this past year and gave this protein a shot…and I was absolutely blown away with the taste, and the way it mixed. I have never had a plant protein that tasted this incredible and mixed as good if not better than whey protein mix. I know so many people out there are in the same position that I am, where they can’t have lactose and whey messes with there stomach, this product has changed plant based protein game.
It seriously feels like such a treat. It tastes super good and is satiating. 10/10 would recommend although it has slightly less protein than the other vegan product I like, it's worth it because the taste is so much better.
Great taste and filling
I'm not a big fan of eating meat before workouts. Would rather have an empty stomach. This has helped maintain my muscle mass and gives me energy during workouts.
First off, I opened this container and it smelled legit like a chocolate cake batter mix, so off to a great start there. I’ve had plenty of plant proteins in the past. For reference, I’m not opposed to whey at all, I just like to mix it up between the two. I was prepared for this to be a bit gritty due to the nature of plant proteins in general. However, it was hardly at ALL. Although thicker than whey, it was by a huge margin the SMOOTHEST plant protein. I actually think I prefer this texture and thickness to a whey because it felt hardier in the best way, and more filling, which I loved. Overall, best plant protein I’ve had and I will be buying more.
