Wholesale Terms & Conditions

WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in carrying our products. Please review the following terms carefully. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below.

1. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon receipt.

  • No net terms are extended to wholesale accounts unless you are an established retail partner.

  • If you own a retail storefront or e-commerce business, you may qualify for net terms pending credit reference approval. A Sales Vendor Agreement will be sent and must be completed and approved prior to any terms being granted.

2. Pricing & Discounts

  • Wholesale customers receive 40% off MSRP.

  • Retail accounts (approved brick-and-mortar or online stores) receive 50% off MSRP.

  • Volume discounts for retail customers are available only when ordering in case quantities.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

3. MAP Policy (Minimum Advertised Price)

  • A strict Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy is enforced at all times.

  • Products may not be advertised below MSRP without prior written approval.

  • Violations of MAP policy may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after full payment is received.

  • Shipping timelines vary depending on location and carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees unless otherwise arranged.

5. Order Minimums

  • Wholesale customers are not subject to minimum order quantities.

  • Retail customers must order in case quantities to qualify for volume-based discounts.

6. Retail Accounts

  • If approved as a retail partner, you will receive a Sales Vendor Agreement outlining account-specific terms, including potential net terms and volume pricing based on credit approval.

7. Ordering Portal Access

  • Upon approval, you will receive an invite to access your Swolverine wholesale ordering portal.

  • Your discount will already be applied to your account.

  • To log in, simply enter your email and password provided during signup or onboarding.

  • All future orders should be placed through the portal for accurate pricing and fulfillment.

8. Account Compliance

  • We reserve the right to terminate wholesale or retail accounts for failure to comply with these terms, including MAP violations or misuse of account privileges.
