Tell us a little about you…
I'm a super active person who loves to spend time with my girlfriend Andi and pups as much as possible. CrossFit is a passion of mine and I've been lucky enough to have a job that allows me to pursue my dreams.
Where did your fitness/athletic journey begin?
My athletic journey began when I was a young kid. My parents pushed us to play sports and that's what helped shaped me into the athlete I am now.
What’s your favorite part about your sport?
I love to compete and push myself to be better every day.
You're a coach, too?
I am a nutrition coach for Hybrid Performance Method as well as the assistant coach for HWPO. A few days a week I also coach CrossFit to be around the community and build awesome relationships with people.
What’d your favorite kind of dessert?
What’s been your most memorable time as an athlete?
What sticks out to me the most when I think about my life as an athlete would have to be being named an All-American.It's still one of my proudest moments.
What have been some trying times in your athletic career and what have they taught you?
I have had major setbacks in my career. I've had multiple surgeries including a major hip surgery. We have all had our own trials and tribulations but that surgery was one I didn't think I could come back from. Luckily, that surgery gave me the time to work on other weaknesses that made me a better athlete today.

What does your diet/nutrition look like? Any advice to others on things that you've had to learn the hard way in this are of your health and fitness?
My diet stays relatively the same on a daily basis. I'm an OG nutrition Coach for Hybrid Performance Method and that's allowed me to have one less thing to worry about. I know firsthand how important nutrition is for performance/recovery.
What’s the biggest piece of advice that you’ve been given, that’s made an impact on you as an individual, that you wish to share with others for their journey?
Work hard, stay humble and stay in your lane. It's easy to get caught up in what everyone else is doing but all that matters is what you're doing day in and day out.
