vand it’s played a big role in helping me become the woman that I am today. I discovered one of my greatest passions in life, CrossFit, just 5 years ago and I’m so glad that I did.
Are you also an entrepreneur?
Yes! I opened my own Pole Fitness Studio, where the main focus is not only the pole, but various disciplines such as Pilates, aerial acrobatics, yoga, and stretching.
What made you fall in love with CrossFit in the first place?
Since the first time I went to a class, I was able to experience and feel how the energy and the support of a whole community can motivate you and can push you to be better and to give the very best you have in each exercise...
You’re also a mom, right?
Yes! My pride and joy, in my son! He’s my biggest inspiration ever. I try my very best to teach him every day with the way I live my life – I try to lead by example and teach him that health and happiness are always within his reach. I also try to emphasize the importance of being constant in everything he does. That means being dedicated and committed, fully invested, into all the things he is passionate about.
What advice do you have for others about their nutritional lifestyle as an athlete?
As an athlete, it is important to balance all the hard work we do on a daily basis and all the physical strength with appropriate nutrition. I think that if we fuel the body with the right (and natural) nutrients, that will help us to improve our habits. When my body is healthier, I feel that I can perform better. And I actually do.
What excites you most about being a representative for our company?
I love that this brand supports me and helps me be at the top of my game, during and after every single workout! I love it!
