What does your diet/nutrition look like? Any advice to others on things that you've had to learn the hard way in this are of your health and fitness?
Number one thing about nutrition is consistency. I’ve been eating the same things now for over a year and mix it up every now and then but you body will tell you what it likes and what it doesn’t like.
Tell us a little about your training regimen - do you follow specific training program(s), coaching/coaches, etc.? How do you prioritize your training over other aspects of life to reach this level of competitiveness?
I follow ATP program and am on the same program as other high level/games athletes and we have one coach who over sees our training. It’s very time consuming so you have to know that you won’t have time nor the energy for other things in life and that’s the priority we put on training in order to reach our goals.
What’s the biggest piece of advice that you’ve been given, that’s made an impact on you as an individual, that you wish to share with others for their journey?
Not so much advice but more so what I’ve noticed training with a lot of games athletes Is that the little things go a long way!
