Tell us a little about you…
My name is Alisa Topper and I’m a competitive crossfitter on the East Coast. I found CrossFit while training in my offseason training in Fall of 2017. Since then, the sport has captivated me, both physically and mentally.
You excelled really well in your first Open, how has CrossFit become a part of your life since?
I did my first Open in 2018 and have registered to compete in various competitions throughout the year. This sport has been a huge part of my life since I found it and I only want to foster my competitive spirit by continuing to train and compete. I want to see how far I can go, how far I can push, and how much I can learn.
CrossFit isn’t the only sport you’re a competitive athlete in, right?
Nope. I’m also a world-renowned professional wakeboarder. It’s not very often you see a wakeboarder competitively engaged in CrossFit, but honestly, since I’ve found the sport, I encourage it to all. The versatility, the endurance aspect combined with the strength, the gymnastics, they all compliment my wakeboard training. In wakeboarding, often you can find me competing at local competitions along the East Coast of the United States.
What are some of your wakeboarding accolades?
More recently, in 2017, I placed 1st at Regionals, 1st at USA Nationals, and 2nd at the World Wakeboarding Championships for my division in the World Wakeboard Association. Much like any outdoor sport though, when winter rolls around, I take my training indoors.
Why did you choose SWOLVERINE?
I’m not sure if I chose Elivate, or if Elivate chose me, but either way, I’m glad we found each other. My nutritional lifestyle has a huge influence on my training for both wakeboarding and crossfitting. I meal prep every week in order to stay on top of my macros.
Why do you supplement your nutrition with our products?

Strength and endurance are aspects of my training that I usually have to work a little harder at than others. With that being said, I take protein, glutamine, krill oil, and BCAAs.
